The City of Fullerton’s downtown was voted in the top three for the category of "Best Downtown" in the OC Register's Best of Orange County 2023, "Founded in 1887, Fullerton has balanced the past with modernization in a downtown that is both historic and happening."

The annual Best of Orange County gives readers an opportunity to poll some of Orange County’s most popular spaces, attractions, restaurants and other businesses. Fullerton’s downtown placed third, coming in right behind Orange and Huntington Beach.
