At the July 2, 2019 City Council Meeting, Council approved for a city appointed committee focused on creating a comprehensive strategic plan on how to address homelessness in Fullerton. The goal is for the plan to compliment the regional and county efforts. The meeting began August 20, 2019 and will continue through November 26, 2019.
