For most residents, their only interaction with Law Enforcement is the image of an officer driving down the street in a patrol car. While this is an extremely important function, it is only one aspect of the  Fullerton Police Department as a whole. The Department relies on many specialized units ranging from investigation, to gang suppression; traffic enforcement and community relations.
