Public Works' Building and Facility Maintenance Division is responsible for the maintenance and repairs for all city buildings and facilities including 71 buildings, 32 park facilities, and all City-owned electrical equipment.

Our customer-service oriented, professionally trained staff and contractors work daily to ensure all the facilities in a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing condition. Duties include but are not limited to general carpentry, electrical maintenance, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, general repairs, parking structure maintenance, swimming pool maintenance and repair, street light maintenance, and a variety of miscellaneous activities. The Division also oversees the City's custodial contract.

Broken Playground Equipment
If you have a question or complaint about damage to any park equipment, including swing sets and picnic tables, please report online or via myFullerton apps. You can also email maintenance@cityoffullerton.com or call us at (714) 738-6897. The problem will be inspected and isolated until repairs can be made.

Street Light Out
The Building & Facilities Division is responsible for maintaining and repairing over 6,000 City-owned streetlights on public streets. Please report if you notice a street light on public street has burned out or is malfunctioning.
