What is the Chaplain Program?

The Fullerton Police Department calls upon our faith-based community to provide support in the means of clergy who are dedicated to assisting the Police Department on a volunteer basis, providing emotional support and counseling to victims of crimes and their families, as well as Department personnel and their families.

Who are Fullerton PD’s Chaplains?

The Fullerton Police Department currently has eight Chaplains who have answered the call to provide their services to the community and Department.

    Pastor Jason Phillips
    Jason serves as the Department’s Protestant Chaplain, and can be reached by calling the Fullerton Police Department Community Services Bureau at (714) 738-6838, or by email at jphillips@fullertonpd.org.

    Rabbi Kenneth Milhander
    Kenneth serves as the Department’s Jewish Chaplain, and can be reached by calling the Fullerton Police Department Community Services Bureau at (714) 738-6838, or by email at kmilhander@fullertonpd.org.

    Dr. Dallas Stout
    Dr. Stout serves as the Department’s Chaplain from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and can be reached by calling the Fullerton Police Department Community Services Bureau at (714) 738-6838, or by email at dallas.stout@fullertonpd.org

How Do I Become a Chaplain?

The Fullerton Police Department is actively looking to expand our Police Chaplain program to reach those of other faiths. If you are interested, or if you know someone who might be interested, please contact the Fullerton Police Department to find out more. Each applicant will be required to complete an application and undergo a background check.
