The Fullerton Police Department is constantly looking for ways to enhance our service to the public we serve. Beginning in October of 2023, we designed a position to address this specific need. The position was named Police Service Representative (PSR). The duties of a Patrol Police Service Representative include, burglary/theft investigations, stolen vehicle reports, storing/impounding vehicles, crime scene investigations, traffic collision reports, and parking citations. Since the beginning of this program, we have hired and successfully trained five new employees. Additionally, Police Services Representatives work in the Range, Personnel and Training, and act as our Court Liaison Officer.
