Project Name: The Pines at Sunrise Village

Project Location:  1144 Rosecrans Avenue, 1715/1723 Euclid Street, and 1701/1751/1801-1900 Euclid Street

Project Description:  The project proposes to redevelop a 12.52-acre commercial retail property into 164-dwelling unit residential community, including one lot with 49 detached residential dwelling units and one lot with 115 attached townhome units.

Public Hearings

The project is scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council. The City Council public hearing date is to be determined.
