Dr. Dallas Stout moved to Fullerton in 1994. He has worked in the non-profit community in Southern California for nearly 30 years including many years leading Orange Counties’ largest adolescent residential drug rehab and sober high school. He has served on the Board of Directors for a variety of local, Countywide and Statewide programs for troubled youth and related issues. Dr. Stout is on the Faculty at California State University Fullerton, Ashford University, and Brigham Young University Idaho where he teaches a variety of undergraduate & graduate courses in Psychology and Child Development as well as Non-Profit Principles, Practices, Governance & Finance. Today he uses his experience to assist a variety of non-profit programs in Southern California thru DoctorS Nonprofit Consulting which he co-founded with his wife Dr. Debra Stout in 2004. At the end of 2019 he resigned from the City of Fullerton Fire Department’s Community Emergency Response Team after 10 years of volunteer service. In early 2020 he was appointed as a (volunteer) Chaplain with the City of Fullerton Police Department. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Acacia School Foundation from 2016-2020. Dr. Stout was appointed to the Fullerton Police Chief’s Advisory Council in 2015.
