In late 2009, the City of Fullerton was awarded grant funding to construct a 3D model of the downtown core area of Fullerton. Currently, the model includes buildings, selected site features and curb faces in the core area.

The model is designed to assist in the visualization, urban design, mapping and sustainable development of the downtown core of Fullerton and was completed in June, 2010.
