A Business Registration Certificate allows a business to operate within the City of Fullerton with the approval of the appropriate regulatory departments. A Business Registration Certificate/License from another city is not valid in the City of Fullerton. The certificate is issued for a period of twelve (12) months from the time you begin to conduct business in our city. For example:

  • Date registered 06/01/20 - Start Date 11/19/19 - Certificate expiration date 10/31/20.
  • Date registered 11/01/19 - Start Date 02/01/19 - Certificate expiration date 01/31/20.
  • Date registered 07/11/19 - Start Date 09/03/19 - Certificate expiration date 08/31/20.
  • Date registered 07/11/19 - Start Date 10/05/18 - Certificate expiration date 09/30/19.
