Traffic Citations written by the Fullerton Police Department are processed through the Orange County Superior Courts. As a result, individuals wishing to pay fines associated with the issuance of a traffic citation must contact the Orange County Superior Court. Most citations issued by the Fullerton Police Department will be handled by the North Orange County Superior Court, located at 1275 N. Berkeley Avenue in the City of Fullerton.

Where Do I go to Pay My Traffic Citation?

When you are issued a traffic citation, the issuing Officer will have checked a Court location and address on the bottom of the citation. This will give you the location where you need to appear to either pay the citation or request a court hearing to dispute the citation. Generally, traffic citations written by Fullerton Police Officers will be sent to the North Orange County Superior Court, located at 1275 N. Berkeley Avenue, in the City of Fullerton.

However, in some instances, citations may be sent to another Court, based on the type of citation and offense. For more information about locations of Court facilities, see the Orange County Superior Courts website.
