Pay by Online

You may pay by using the online self service app by clicking the “Pay General Bill Online” button.

Step 1 - Self Service Log In
Please click on the "Customer Self-Service" link on the left menu or the "Log In" link in the top right-hand corner to log in to access your account or register for a new account.

 
Step 2 - Sign Up with Email
Click on the “Sign Up” link at the bottom of this window to set up the email and password combination you will use in the future to access your account. 

Step 3 - Verification Email
Next you will be asked to open the verification email sent to the email you provided.

Step 4 - Activate Account
Click “Activate Account” in your the email. 

Step 5 - Log In with New Email
You will return to the Log In screen. Enter the email and password combination you created to log in.

Step 6 - View Utility Billing Services
Under “Utility Billing Services” on the left menu bar you can link your account to access your account and billing information, pay bills, and request start/stop services for Water/Sanitation/Trash/Sewer.

You can also access our Resources at the top left using the paper icon to view rates, rules/regulations, and forms. 

Step 7 - Link Account
To link your account, please enter in the required information. The account number will remain the same, however your customer identification number will change. For example, if your customer ID was previously 0123456, it will now be 9123456. You need to replace the first digit 0 and replace it with number 9. Enter your Account Number and Customer ID, then click “Submit”.

Step 8 - View, Pay, Change
After linking your account(s) you can view/pay bills, request a change of address, change your bill delivery preferences and more!

How do I make general billing payments on my phone?

1. Have your new account number and customer number available.

2. Follow the prompts to pay your bill through the system via credit card or eCheck.

3. Have your credit card or check information available to complete your payment.
