On Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at approximately 6:13 PM, Fullerton Police Officers responded to the 2400 block of W. Valencia Ave. regarding reports of a fight in progress.

Upon arrival, officers located two 20-year-old males, both with significant stab wounds, lying in the street. Fullerton Police Officers immediately began life-saving measures on both victims. One male victim was transported to a local trauma center, where he was pronounced deceased. The second victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.

Fullerton police detectives were called in immediately and are actively investigating.

At this time, the suspect(s) are still at large. Based on the initial investigations, it appears this incident may be gang-related.

The Orange County Coroner’s Office will release the deceased victim’s identity.
